The online account allows you to set the contact details for the agents dealing with the property sale, so you can offer a targeted route to clients on a per property basis. Our multi-office option enables you to manage multiple office locations and property portfolios and filter all reports on these.

How do I display the properties that are SMS enabled?

Using our online property management system, you can print off a unique code for each of your properties onto standard waterproof stickers then placed on one of our vynil slips to inform clients of the texting service.

The stickers are a standard size and will fit onto any property board. The property code stickers are printed via your laser printer in-house and applied to the slip on your sale board. Once the property has sold you can reuse the sale board as normal and just replace the property code with a new one.

What exactly does the end user receive and how does it help me?

When a potential buyer texts in to the system they have the option of requesting an email brochure and also requesting property updates, so when you update the status of a property to "Fixed Price" or "Closing Date" etc. , the client is automatically updated to, keeping them in the loop instantly.

As requests are received for properties, the agents assigned to the property are also sent and SMS and email to inform them of a new enquiry which allows them to follow up on leads immediately and from confirmed interested parties.

This opens up the marketing and enquiry channels as it frees up agents time spent dealing with phone request on property prices and specifications and allows them to focus on qualified leads of interest.

You have access to full reporting on all property activity for SMS and Email brochure requests allowing you to review peak time interest and demographics of usage.
