What does it cost to advertise my properties?
There is an annual charge for the service which is split into three packages.

Single User - a person selling their home and wanting to offer the service when their Estate Agent is not using the flexitxt system.

Single Office - this package enables you to manage all your properties under one account.

Multi-Office - this gives you multiple logins to manage individual office portfolios while retaining individual contact details.

What are the costs involved for sending out the SMS messages?
There is no charge to the End User or Estate Agents to send out the SMS messages with the mobile links to property details, this is all built into the monthy management fees to make the system as easy to use as possible. The potential buyer will pay for the SMS messages they receive via a reverse charge to their mobile phone account.

For the Letting Agents package the end user is charged 50pence to receive the information they have requested. There is no charge to the Letting Agent for sending the outbound request messages.

How can I use the service?
Call us now on 0845 634 2941 to discuss your requirements and we can get you up and running straight away. Once you are registered you can start adding your properties. Once your properties are in the system you can print off the unique property codes to be texted by the buyers/renters.

I already use a property management package, can I integrate this with flexitxt?
We are working to integrate importing filters so that your existing property profiles can easily be added to the flexitxt system. We are currently working with Vebra, Dezrez and WinMan on integrating with their packages. If you are wanting to utilise this service please contact support to discuss your application and requirements.

How do potential buyers/renters use the system?
When a buyer/renter sees a property with the mobile shortcode on the Sale Board, or the shortcode listed in an advert they can send an sms and the unique code and receive back the instant information summary. Included in the SMS is a link to a Micro website which contains the full property summary, images, floor plans and options to request updates and be emailed the full sales brochure. How do I advertise my properties?
We provide pre-designed Sale Board Stickers to be placed on your existing Sale Boards. These stickers have all the details users need to text in to receive the details all you need to do is print off the unique code for each new property onto the special vinyl stickers and apply these to the board.

We can also provide pre-designed Tag Boards to be included on your existing Sale Boards with minimal fitting required. These boards are reusable and you simply print off new property codes onto the special vinyl stickers and apply these to the board.

Can the stickers be reused?
Yes, the template stickers are designed to be easily re-used. The property code overlays can be removed and new stickers put in their place so that once a property has been Sold/Let, you simply add a new property to the management system and then print off the unique property code sticker and apply it to the existing board.
